I bought 2 services and decided I wanted to return them and receive my "guaranteed refund". One program had a 7 day money back. The other had 30 days. The second day of owning them I emailed their tech support asking for the refund AND messaged them on BHW... I know they must have seen it because I saw them post stuff in their "activity" section on their profiles, everyday since I sent the messages -_- By the time they actually reply to my message they could be dicks if they wanted to, and say "Oh sorry, you're currently past your refund date" or some shit. Even though I sent them the message WAY before my return date... Ugh... Makes me angry...

Message them again, maybe they lost track of it. If that does not work you can shitlist them...I think

Good Luck tho

You are obviously in the right if the date you sent the message matches up. Tell them to sort it out or panther will chew their legs off.

if is been more then 48h and u have all the proofs like screenshots of conversations and transactions then open shit list on those bad boys that's only way they gone listen to u I been dealing with same BS here a lot but my time consuming way more important then this few $ bad boys try scam over it

In our Matketplace rules, it states: "Your thread should include clear contact and refund policies."

If the individuals have stated CLEARLY what their refund policies were and did not honor them,
you are welcome to create a Shit List thread. However, before you do that, I would suggest
that you contact those individuals first and tell them what you intend to do if they do not honor
their own policies. By doing so, they might be inclined to change their minds and grant you the
refunds to avoid a public hassle.

Now they are ignoring my Skype messages too... Wtf haha xD

I will give them another 24 hours then I'll message them again and inform them on what I intend to do. I have all the proof of purchases right here. Thank you for the suggestion!

See I kinda don't agree with this, Why should you have to threaten them with a shitlist before you can get your refund that you are in the right to claim according to there policies? Why give them the courtesy of not shit listing them if they are acting like shits? Imagine how many people they probably do this to and get away with their money, Their alot of people who will not create a thread and get advice on how to go about this? trust me I've been one of them in the past in my early days here.

People should know that they will be difficult if something goes wrong and you try to get your refund you are entitled too, by shit listing them and let that ball roll it course. Why let them be able to keep it all behind close doors sort of speak, courtesy goes both ways imo they didnt give him the courtesy of honoring their deal why give him the courtesy of not shit listing him/her.

Just create a dispute on Paypal, you have a month. Fuck all their policies, if you don't like their service - file a dispute. More often than not you will get your money back, as paypal does not like sellers with too many chargebacks and no one wants problems with paypal.

I had the same problem with refunds some times ago.I send the seller many emails per day and he finally send refunded me.

Too much heat for a refund. I'm sure the refund amount would be less than $100.
Act like a human... Just ask for a refund...Wait...remind again.... Shitlist them! LOL
I am just saying...whatever the amount is, it always hurts if someone makes a fool out of us! Goodluck mate!

Why don't you stop blindly ordering services and asking for refunds then? It's unbelievably annoying as a vendor and it's good of them to offer a no questions asked policy in the first place. If a vendor doesn't deliver a service that's one thing (and you are protected by payment processors and BHW), but blindly ordering and asking for refunds is just lame IMO.

Well I should correct myself. I didn't blindly purchase them. I purchased the first one to help my YT videos for PPI. Then in the video he's like "If you purchase this, I will show you how to get unlimited YT accounts." So, I purchased that one and he sent me a link to another software (I'm sure he is affiliated with, and I wasn't planning on buying another software). So I spent $50 for the new software in order for the first software to work. After opening the second software and having error after error. I come to find out they don't support my CAPTCHAS OR Priv. proxies... So these guys link me to a different captcha and proxy service (once again, more than likely affiliated with these guys too...). I purchase the "correct" proxies and captchas this time. Open up the program. Then the feature I "needed" to create the YT accounts doesn't even work! I could have saved my money and just purchased YT accounts from a buyer for $10

You sound to me like someone who just wants for free.

How? I want my money back because software doesn't work. How do I sound like I just want free stuff

I only needed a Refund Once which was Promised in 3 Days but seller never replied i then had to mail him 8 times then i posted on his service thread he then replied saying that software will soon start working
thanks to BHW admins i got my refund after all
