the greatest benefit that i have received is through refining my current content rather than trying to create new posts all the time. it has been much easier to do things such as refining old content, aligning the content with user intent nd using good examples. regarding link building, quality trumps quanttity.Been testing some new content ideas but not seeing much difference yet.
