Anyone Getting 'Mobile Usability' Issue in Search Console?

I have 4-5 blogs started at different times within the last year. One of them was registered a month ago and it had been getting 'Mobile Usability' issues from the start for a few pages/posts. After that, other blogs also started getting the same problem, at the same time, though they were months old and running all good. Never had any issues with them in the past.
There are only 2 problems:
1. Clickable elements too close
2. Text too small to read
I'm wondering, is there anyone else getting this problem now or in the past? How to fix it?
I increased the font size and spacing between the lines. Validated the fix for the concerned pages. It got fixed but now getting the same problem on other pages/posts.
It's really confusing as I made the changes to the whole website. Still, I'm getting the same problem rotating between different posts. Due to this, my new posts are also not indexing. Even if I force index it through URL Inspection. In past, they used to index within 1-2 days on their own.
If you guys have any fixes/suggestions, please enlighten me.

I did.

Went ahead and increased the font sizes of all text to a minimum of 17px, and it seems that it worked.

Make sure you don't have font-sizes which become really small on mobile.

I have increased the body font size to 19px. It worked and the issue got fixed after validating.
But then the same problem started popping up for other posts, though the font size is same sitewide.
Btw, I use Lora font on one website and Poppins on the others.

Through the Customize options under Appearance. (in WordPress)
I use Generatepress and there's a Typography option in the Customize menu.
When you get to the Customize menu, look at the bottom left of the screen. There's a Hide Control button and beside it, you can select your device: PC, Tablet, or Mobile. All three options are there.

Set The Mobile Viewport Tag​

“Clickable elements too close together” error is also caused when you don’t have a mobile viewport tag on your site.

Hence, you should always have a mobile viewport set. To do that, add the below code in the <head> of your HTML.

<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1″>

The above code will tell the browsers to set the width of the viewport to match the width of the user’s device. Hence, your site visitors will be able to view all the elements at a size that is the best fit for the device they are using. Naturally, this will make your website mobile-friendly and fix the “Clickable elements too close together” issue.

It can be anything, not just your usual blog text font size.

Footers, headers, some buttons, etcetera.
