Anyone getting any offline clients/leads from Craigslist?

I want to try and use Craigslist to promote my services...

In the Jobs section under "web-development" all the posts are about Job Openings, no one trying to push their service.

Has anyone ever tried this and had luck with it?

I am currently trying the same thing and just started yesterday. Haven't really found posts pertaining to what i need, but hopefully i can post up a nice "make your business grow" post.
