Anyone get this Instagram error message?

I ordered a SSLPrivateProxy for Instagram and I am using a iPad which i restored to factory settings and setup as a new ipad user so i could get a new Device ID. I then configure the proxy in my settings, download Instagram, and when I try to register an account i get the following (actually I didn't even get to register. I just put in my email and click "next"):

"sorry we couldnt register you. please confirm you have an internet connection and try again in a moment."

I did another reset and tried without the proxy and it works. Did another reset and tried with the proxy and I get the same error.

Do you guys think I got a bad proxy or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, bad proxy. Contact the proxy seller, it could be just a minor error on their part.

stupid error message is stupid, i get that it's because ig detected something, most probably proxy usage, but how the heck would you be able to register without internet connection and be able to see the error message? lol

edit: after searching on Google with the error message, i came to the conclusion, that it might not be the proxy, but your iPad with iOS acting up:

Proxies are fine, happened to me with three different proxy providers. I also used an ipad, iphone and two different android devices, always the same error.
Just make the accounts with 3G/LTE connection. Wait for about 15 minutes and start botting easy. If done this way, they won't ask you for phone verification.
