Hello guys.
My son applied to UW (University of Washington-Seattle) as an undergrad, and got admitted.
However, he was late to apply for campus housing, and thus has been wait-listed. I don't think he can find any space in campus housing for at least the autumn quarter.
The only option we have is to look for apartments nearby. Would love if someone in Seattle could help.
Here's the main points and requirements:
- No more than 1 mile from campus
- Fully furnished with furniture
- 3-4 bedrooms (he has some friends as well). If less, still acceptable.
- Spacious rooms
- Clean bathroom
- Budget - $1800 for 3 BR, $2400 for 4 BR. (Or $600 per person if less rooms)
- Month-to-month lease preferred, 3 to 6 month lease acceptable
- If utilities are included, great, or no more than $50-$70 per student.
I looked up CL and other rental sites and found some good properties at great prices. But many are either taken or fake.
Would love any help.
Regards
Will
