Anyone feels ShaniBPO's Captcha Solving rate to be low?

No, I am NOT badmouthing their service. I am just wondering.

Anyone feels their Captcha Solving success rate to be lower when using ShaniBPO compared to ImageTyperz or Decaptcher?

When I ran SenukeX using ShaniBPO, I realize most of them took kinda long time to be solved as compared to ImageTyperz or Decaptcher. And after letting SenukeX run its registration process, I would see most of them with that ugly red X sign (indicating failure).

I don't know is it just me or SenukeX or is it ShaniBPO's slow response or incorrect Captcha answers.
their customer service is excellent. In fact, when I first asked them, they took great lengths to resolve the issue.

What say you?

I've never heard of them. But judging from their site design and lack of users I would be cautious about using them.

These are my results in SenukeX using ImageTyperz and ShaniBPO in 2 different campaigns (usernames and details are same length, alphanumeric, .etc).

This isn't it. In the registration for "Article Directory", ShaniBPO only manage to successfully solve 2 Captchas resulting me to only have 2 successful signups. Whereas for ImageTyperz, it has 11 successful signups.

When I ran SenukeX using ImageTyperz, I would see most green ticks. But when I use ShaniBPO, I see like half of the signups end up in red crosses.

I am NOT advertising ImageTyperz or trying to spoil ShaniBPO's business. I am not affiliated with any of them. This is just my findings.
It is like ShaniBPO uses CaptchaSniper to solve its captchas :p

Anyway, just a little update.

ShaniBPO has contacted me and even helped me investigate why this is happening.
I'm glad that customer service is their top priority.

And somehow I got a feeling my poor success rate might be due to the location I'm at.
I've used ShaniBPO with GSA SER in my VPS (located in U.S.) and it's running perfectly.
 
@BlackSeng Is there a particular reason to why you're using those two services?

I gave imageTyperz a try over a year ago (back then it used to be human coder) and results were poor to say the least.
Afterwards I went with de-captcher.com (former decaptcher.com) and had negative experience with them as well. They take too long and overbidding is needed at almost all times (costs roughly 4-5$ per 1000 on average).
Im currently using antigate.com for about a year. First few months were terrific. Quick response and high success rate however lately they're goofing around too much as well. Poor success rate (around 80-90%) along with longer than advertised waiting times (30seconds or more).

I've also seen captchabot.com but haven't tried it out.

I'm an owner of a service that consumes roughly 10.000 to 30.000 images a day on average.
Can't say Im very satisfied with antigate lately. Their load is VERY high (close to 100%) and overbidding is needed.
I'm looking for an alternative and would very much appreciate some of your feedback.

One of the main reason is cost. I sometimes use a heavy load of Captchas, though not always.

I used ImageTyperz cos' of its low-cost and its ability to tunnel captchas.
My success rate with them have been pretty awesome. Way much better than De-captcher and DeathbyCaptcha.
I've never went back then. But well, that was half a year ago, so De-Captcher and DeathbyCaptcha might have improve so I can't say for sure now.

And ShaniBPO was because of its even lower cost. And seeing so many people posting positive reviews, I gave a try.
And like what I've posted above, my success rate and response rate were slow. Most probably due to the location I'm at (Singapore). Because when I use it in my VPS, its way much more responsive and have a higher success rate.

Shanibpo has emailed me and let me know that the reason for my low success rate in SenukeX was most probably caused by SenukeX's integration. GSA SER has ShaniBPO's api integrated; whereas for SenukeX, there's no integration at all. This causes me to have a low success rate, NOT because of location.

Thank god, i've been having alot of problems with shanibpo and clyde's sb bomber. sighs. do you happen to use sb bomber too Seng?
 
Eh nope, I only use Clyde's Wiki Bomber.

What problems are you having?
 
does shanibpo work with the wikibomber? i get like 99% wrong captchas when i use shanibpo with clyde's sb bomber. Do you get low verification and acct creation rates when you pair shanibpo and wiki bomber?
 
Yeap, I feedbacked to Clyde asking him if he is able to integrate ShaniBPO in WikiBomber.
He did it immediately in the next update (love his customer service and support).

And yeap, success rates were good. Why don't you PM or contact ShaniBPO about this? I'm sure they will assist you in this.
 
hmmm thanks for the advice, still waiting for shanibpo to reply though. Hopefully it will be real soon.
