Anyone Facing this in AMAZON CART?

today, guys i just purchased one product in amazon. after payment directly taken me to Cart Page its suspicious. its always go to page like thanks for purchasing after payment. in cart damn suspicious some unknown product added in my Cart its not like 1 or 2 item. its 138 items in same product. im not added those things its cost almost $1k. i contacted support they are saying Iam added that product in june 28 its sus i dont even know what product is that i never seen those items in my cart/saved items. no one have access to my acc too they also checked who have access to my account. they said one device used in last 30 days thats me. they said change password.

now i need to know what kind of crap is this. its phishing/hack/cookies/pirating cookies/virus/ Amazon bug???
what i do RN. im using bitdefender antivirus too. the main SUS after this incident my antivirus getting update -_-.
