Anyone facing ban on reddit?

You can appeal, but 90% of the time it goes nowhere.

If you got 3 accounts banned back to back it’s likely they’re connecting them through IP, device, or browsing fingerprint. Best bet is to switch to fresh IPs, clear cookies, and avoid logging into multiple accounts on the same setup. Use an anti detect browser as well.

If they all got suspended in the same day, that means the accounts got linked. In that case, use a different proxy for each account. That will help the accounts from getting linked and keep the same.

You're most likely being silly with the accounts.

You gotta follow the reddit rules and build slowly, rather than trying to just bash out promotions.

Any idea on why the accounts got banned?

Most of the time, bans happen because Reddit flags the account for policy violations. That could be from spamming, over-interacting, or your IP/device ending up on a blacklist. Honestly, I’m pretty wary of Reddit as well as Quora, so my advice is: when you create a new account, make sure to interact slowly at first. Read some posts and threads, leave a few comments, maybe upvote or downvote a bit, and only then start doing your main activities.
Also, use a good proxy source (usually static residential IPv4) together with an antidetect browser like GoLogin, Hidemyacc, Dolphin, etc. That way you can at least reduce the chance of getting banned because of your setup. But in the end it is still hit or miss. I have been banned before even when I did nothing wrong, and appeals almost never get the account back. Really frustrating.

You need to get yourself a proxy, clear cookies/cache, and use a new browser. Once you do this I am 99% sure you won't get banned again.
