Anyone experienced with with ffmpeg.

Hi,I know I created thread elsewhere but I just found this perfect spot for this thread,oh well maybe other thread will benefit either,so I need some help,im trying to cut add and stuff,im noob,anyone knows ffmpeg good and could give me a hand? Im doing google,making something,but not all that I need =)
