Anyone experienced in creating a wikipedia article

I am trying to create a legit wikipedia article on someone in my family that is notible. I have all the resources gathered already. But i am thinking about just paying someone to help get this article formated correctly and live on wikipedia.

If anyone has created a wikipedia article in the past that could help, i would really appreciate it and will compensate.
