Anyone experience a drop in CB sales this week?

I have actually made my first sale on CB today, a week after I started actively promoting - I can't believe someone actually paid good money for a PDF eBook LOL. About 40 hops per sale - not a bad deal, is it?

My CB sales has dropped a lot. From a steady $1000/week down to $400 for the period that ended yesterday and that was because hardly any sales the last few days :(

I hope this will improve. Will most definitely check out paydotcom and other networks.
 
My transaction page shows that ive earned $63 but on the analytics it showed me only 1 sale at $31.I know they are slow in updating but its been days.ive heard so many good things about CB and actually made 2 lucky sales after setting up a site.I hope they fix whatever it is thats causing problems.
 
I have a drop with sales but with e-junkie, I have no clue why
 
You guys are still lucky. Cb suspended my 11 accounts last week :eek:..cb sucks sometimes. From my experience cb never shave on fresh account..so everytime I hit the cdr I redirected my link to a newly created cb account especially on weekdays.

And for paydotcom, watch your link..I did buy many times on my affilate link but no sale credited..and some of their vendors are stupid, they dont pay their affiliates. I think mike filsame username is "noaffiliate" lol.

Secureblackhat, I too am really interested in your CB experience. Could you explain the circumstances and what traffic methods you were using?

According to the thread 2, when purchaser used firefox to make purchase hoplink and order page worked fine, but, anytime he was using IE the order page would crash. Someone even tried to make a purchase at Clickbank marketplace itself and paypal sign-in crashed when using IE. He was instructed by vendor to purchase via firefox browser and the purchase went through. Is the timing of new IE and drop in sales a coincidence? Any ideas/suggestions/thoughts?

@myapps43 spam complaints. I can still log in on those accounts but when I check my paycheck yesterday its mark "suspend". If you are using multiple accounts be careful, they are like paypal sometimes cb terminate an acccounts by ip.

@wyzgy239 Im always promoting IM products, and direct traffic from email blast would be the best traffic for me.
 
Come to think of it, I have a reduction too by at least half. I was getting worried and putting blame on google.

I thought CB never suspend accounts.

CB suspended 11 (all of your accounts?) from spam complaints? Were you mailing links to all of the 11 accounts? Or were some suspended due to footprints/same owner? And, how much have you been mailing and earning from those accounts before they got shut down?

That sucks man, we've been at this game way to long for shit like that to happen. The better introspect into your post is the question on HOW you built up your lists? ;)
 
No its not all of my account just almost half but this is for last week only. Single spam complaint cb will give you no mercy, some has no complaints..like this scenario..a cloak link of account 1 got terminated and to not waste the traffic I redirected it to account 2, so later account 2 got terminated..and they monitor the ip too because they terminated my untouched account. No for owner name, they dont consider that yet..my payee name has record but most of my accounts are still alive. Im always using fake payee name and just change it 7 days before they issue my check.

$1 is my average earnings per hop on most IM products I promote. Last week, almost $5k from those 11 accounts wasted.

So if you are planning to promote clickbank by mailing be careful they dont review it if they got complaint and if you dont have reputation on clickbank (I reported a guru link but they didnt suspend it). :eek:
 
@cody41 I scrapped the database of guru that are promoting clickbank IM products so my lists are high quality..I blast them using my own server and twist with a script that made them to subscribe to my autoresponder like getresponse.

@secureblackhat: I'm leaning toward why your accounts have been suspended was due to spam complaints from email recipients. Spam is a violation of CB terms of service and clickbank has been brutal with affiliates lately. No warning notice to stop or any thing. Just outright terminate. From other people I have spoken to once CB "suspends" your account it is the same as terminated and you need to close it. Sorry for the bad news.
 
Yes myapps43, its okay I move on already..this is not first time they did that to me ;)
 
Wow, it seems CB is no longer good option for affiliate marketing anymore.
 
@myapps you could be right about the ie problem. this month s far i have had 98 hops with 31 impression counts and zero sales. my logs show 55% using ie.
 
I only made $93.13 this week and $51.14 was a re-bill, Never known it to be this bad, sometimes the odd 2-3 days no sales but jumps back up quickly. Made a quater of what I usually do on a weekly average. :(
