Rather than dish out infractions, I'm moving this thread to the lounge and closing it since, as @TheAlmightyDada stated, some of you are only here to take pot shots at Tunescool. That, and this is really no different than a negative SEO thread.
For the record, what Tunescool did is tantamount to reporting someone's PBN to Google using their spam report tool. It's a low blow indeed, but I doubt everyone here is as sanctimonious as they're trying to present themselves.
Also, for future references @tunescool, threads on the topic of destroying someone else's business almost never go well here. Why? Well, as @jazzc once said about a negative SEO thread:
