anyone ever tried promoting on money?

This was just an idea, but has anybody ever tried promoting their sites on money with success? Is it illegal or not?

I was thinking I can promote CPA offers like this. Write the website's url at the bottom of the money and if somebody visits it have some type of form where people can enter the bill's serial number and tricking them into thinking they won some type of gift card or laptop, something along those lines.

You guys think this would work or not?

Illegal and highly. Or everyone would be doing it already

I tried it before :sombrero: - it kinda works well however I stopped doing it, and obviously it won't convert well with CPA (poor conversions). I wasn't using it to make money though
