ive heard about yourmaninindia.com and im also going to try elance and other similar sites.

just wondering if anyone has any experience/recommendations they could share.

i need to hire someone overseas (india preferably) below $5/hr to perform a lot of tedious tasks.

I read this book, 4-hour-work-week and the author loves virtual assitants. He said he would ask them to do research on something and would come back with full graphs and everything. I THINK he used your man in india

yup i read the book as well hence why i mentioned them. i was impressed they went over the top with every task. that is something id like.

Of course top quality service is always the key of virtual assistants who want to stay longer in a job. However, it is sad to note that there are even clients after all the hard work and dedication even over the top quality yet they don't pay on time and always find excuses not to pay.

It's really to find good clients these days...:( I hope clients do pay their workers on time and compensate them for all the hard work.

anymore thoughts on this cause im interested as well

try odesk or getafreelancer.. or go to the services section here and there are a couple outsourcing services..

There are a lot of websites that offer VA services. One I particularly like is virtualify.com. They have really good VA's for reasonable price. What I like about this company is their great quality of work, their VA's speak fluent English and are usually professionals from Philippines who are known to be great in both oral and written English.
