These fuckers....
I can't begin to tell you the frustration that I've had dealing with this company.
Maybe it's me. Maybe I'm asking too much from a low priced service, or maybe they don't really give a shit about their customers.

Before anyone starts in, I do backend work professionally. Lack of support is not my beef, it's their policies.
I wanted to ask how many of you use them and if you've had the same difficulties that I have.

I've been using their server, managed server, webspace packages for more than 10 years, cloud for 1 year.
Support has always been helpful and fast - and I had a lot of requests, transferring and moving to do...

Ever had a server decommissioned with no warning and with no reason given?
 
Quite the opposite actually, and I also don't consider them a "low priced service" either. In fact, I know lots of people who host with them and are mostly satisfied.
Them shutting down your server without notifying you seems pretty unlikely to me tbh. You sure their emails didn't land in your junk folder somehow? :D
What did the support tell you when you contacted them?
 
I think the fact that you do backend work professionally contributed to them booting you off the platform :D

I've had no issues with them in the past. In fact, they've been quite helpful, albeit a bit slow. Sorry to hear you've had this experience.
 
I’ve used them for a long time with no issue. However, I guess it depends what you are using them for,

What issues have you been having?
 
First of all you can check if they offer any kind of Money back guarantee. Than you can use that period as test period.
I think that is the best idea to sign up with them for the shortest period of time possible and again consider that as test period. Only you and your own experience can help you to understand what kind of company you are dealing with.

did you ask them the reason via ticket?
They are the best host if you are not having copyright content, they respond to almost all copyright notice, even if you place a fake notice they it creates an auto ticket :D.
 
I've been with them for more than 3 years now and I've never had a problem. I have two dedicated servers with them on which I run SB and some other tools. I even do mining with them for some altcoins while they're idle. :P
