anyone encounter problem with bermanhosting?

From yesterday my vps become very very slowly, It was fast, I used it over one month. I found the connection is fast, I can connect the vps easily, but the vps itself runs very slow, always lag, I reboot it many times, take no effect, I am w8ing for they reply my support ticket. Anyone encounter the same thing here?
