anyone elses bluehost site down right now?

seems there is a power outage in their Data center..
Poor guys
 
at least i am not the only one. they have 24 hour support, i just am lazy. thx!
 
they have closed down the support until this issue is sorted out..
 
My 25 sites are down as well, im stuck. No wonder my earnings are not moving, they are costing me money. Can I sue for this LOL. By the way I just called an the tech said its a power outage and they should be up and running in about 45 mins. DAM IM LOOSING MONEY...
 
Ours is down......we called in to Blue Host....and what pricks! They treated us like crapp and acted like they didn't care.....
They blamed the outage on Rocky Mountain Power "forcing them to cut all power" including all backup generators- funny thing- Blue Host's site is STILL UP and running.....
We called Rocky Mountain Power directly who told us they blew a transformer......
 
anyone know of a BETTER webhosting company......or are u guys gonna stick with the BLUE beast?
 
awww good to know i am not alone goin through it, they should give us all some sort of discount or some freebie but shit can happen.

and boy it's nice to know we are all up wondering when our sites are gonna be back online and BLUE HOST has their site running just peachy.....

PS- we asked them what they were gonna do to keep us happy, possibly some free hosting or some sort of help....their response- "read the fine print terms of service" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
Can you guys tell me of another service that is good.....we are moving 1st thing in the morning...
 
question for all of you.......did you all receive any emails sent or do the emails bounce back?
 
We just got off the phone with Blue Host and they said, "there isn't anything we can do- and actually we have 40 calls in que, I need to end this call"
SOunds like a great company- PLEASE give me suggestions of a new service
