Anyone else that used to import posts to wordpress from excel got penalized during the ongoing SPAM update?

I got penalized on 3 sites of mine out of 5 I own. I'm trying to understand the correlation between the penalized because they are not linked to each other and also are in different niche.
One thing they have in common is that I used to import the posts from excel files on all the 3. But I wasn't scraping content from other sites or whatever, I was using excel simply because it was easier to create posts like this. My posts were original.

So, does anyone else that used to import posts from excel got penalized?

I think this is not the problem. I have around 800 sites where I import from excel and/or google sheets. Just a few where hit by last spam update.

For me it looks very random because some concepts of me running in a few countries and just some where hit.
