Purple drank is a downer and won't make you productive or improve cognitive skills. If anything it will make you a fucking addict.

I take provigil sometimes. Definately helps you feel awake and alert, but it doesn't really increase motivation that much. Also I find it is often hard to sleep on this stuff, and if I stay up to late i'm even more tired the next day.

It definitely helps me with motivation. Different people react differently to it. Some people don't feel any effects at all.
It has a half life of roughly 15 hours.
So if you take it at 2 pm, don't think about getting good sleep before 4-5 am. Even if you manage to sleep before that, the sleep won't be as deep and refreshing as it should be.

Lol it's old as my grandma

Lol you are so wrong , Codeine make you more productive and improve certain cognitive skills , The first 2 hours you feel relax , Your adrenal system shut down and you have 0 stress , so you think faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Rappers take codeine before singing because it make them focus and sing smoothly.

After the 2 first hours you have the speed effect , you can't sleep and you are really speed idk how to describe it , actually depend on the quantity but opiates don't always make you fall asleep .

Hmm, interesting. I knew opiates can make you stress free, never knew about the speed effects. Is it similar to how you feel "snappy" when on stimulants? Thinking about it, I read somewhere John Keats used to take opium before writing his poems. So there might be a lot of truth to what you said.

I have a very addictive personality, hence I have always avoided opiates. I think this has been a smart decision so far.

Well thanks , yes lot of peoples are saying dis, found this for you :)

The guys describe it better than i ever could :

"This was one of the first narcotics I ever experienced. Oxy has over the years gained notoriety as an extremely potent and 'dangerous' opiate. This reputation is a little over the top. The media has completely demonized it throughout the late 90s and 2000s due in part to abuse of the 'OxyContin' brand extended release tablets. Oxy really is not the strongest thing out there. It's actually on the mild/moderate end of the potency scale for opioids, though it is intended for severe pain. The feeling I get from oxy is very stimulating: a slight hint of 'speedy' but not over the top like amphetamines. I feel happy and energetic, and sometimes clean my house for hours and re-arrange furniture. All other typical effects are also present - itching, tingle of the spine and limbs, warmth in my mid section, pinned pupils, euphoria and excitement. The inner joy that I get from oxy is quite intense: the feeling that my entire life can and will play out how I want, the feeling I am capable of anything, the feeling of confidence, empathy for other human beings and the ability to socialize with ease and come out of my shell in a very slick way. I also feel very sharp, smart, and quick. In moderate doses, oxy promotes productivity, mental clarity, and complete relief from my crippling depression and anxieties of everyday life. "

Are you looking for the limitless pill? Better stay fit, have a good balanced diet, get a routine, read books, and sleep early and that way you can maintain your productivity.

Actually way more toxic for your body

Adderall is a mix of 4 amphetamine , if you take on daily basis high quantity , 7-8 years and your brain-dead and 10 years and your dead

Addiction come the first month and paranoia about 3years after you start taking them

It's actually a REAL hard drug , stronger than cocaine and effect lasting for 12 hours on average

Yes, there is no alternative to sleeping, exercising and a good diet. I don't use it everyday. Only in pressure situations. So more like a 2-3 times per month. Also, for some people even exercising, diet won't change things for them. People who have sleep apnea, or chronic fatigue or something similar. We are all unique in the way our bodies work. So it might very well be a life saving pill for some.
