Anyone else seeing strange things

Just seeing if anyone else is seeing strange serp results after the last update, like alot of co.uk, .du, .be india sites and russian site, all in the usa results, is google still reindexing stuff ?

Yes, I noticed that too, my keyword got thrown out of top 10 with a couple of .co.uk sites. Many other keywords targetting inner pages are also dropping, some more than 10 spots and many more than 50 spots..
