Anyone else running NSFW Telegram Channels?

I run a few decently sized Telegram channels linking to NSFW content. I have competitors of course and often wonder what goes on behind the scenes in other channels. Is it one person, a big group or how do they go about doing things.

I don't but i know a guy doing it, he makes absolute bank as he also sells in there onlyfans acc & balance as well as paid ads. It's a great side-hustle ngl haha
