Anyone else noticing engagement dropping even with “good content”?

Hey guys,
I’ve been testing different niches recently (gaming, sports, general content), and something feels off.
Even when the content looks decent and gets some initial traction, it doesn’t seem to sustain engagement like before.
I’m not talking about spammy stuff — just normal posts, discussions, even some value-based content.
Is it just me, or are platforms getting way stricter with visibility / reach lately?
Curious what you guys are seeing on your end.
