Anyone else having this GKP trouble??

Whenever I try to go into Google keyword planner, it tells me I must have at least one campaign running in order to use it (which I've been using it for years without campaigns running). So what I did was just setup a campaign and put it on pause, and still nothing! Still does the same thing.

It will go through sometimes to those 3 boxes where it lets me type some keywords in, but as soon as I hit "get ideas", it pulls up the screen that would normally get pulled up with the graphs and all that, and says "Oops, there was a problem retrieving ideas. Please try again."

It's been doing this to me for 3 days. Anyone else ever have this problem?? If so, how did you fix it?

No, I don't have any problem. It's work fine.
