Anyone else having the problem with YouLike Hits?

When I add videos, after a few minutes, they delete themselves off the list because 'liking is set to disabled'.

And when I try and add videos I get the error
'We couldn't grab the information we need to add this video to our system. This usually means the video is set to private'

The videos were not set to private nor had likes disabled

Have exact same problem, will following this thread to see if there is any solution for the same.

How to use this program actually?
