I saw that you used VPN for creating your Facebook account. Did you again use VPN for creating? If yes, maybe try another VPN or Proxy.

For me this sounds like you did some action to often. So maybe try VPNs / different user agent or something.
Note: I am not an expert.

that's errors that pops up when they feel like you are on an network that they don't trust
or your IP has been flagged for botting or suspicious activity before.
Are you using your browser/phone/antidetect?
any custom useragent?
may need a better proxy/vpn & another useragent

I've tried different devices and even gone to an internet cafe.
I've had a lot of problems creating accounts on different unlrelated platforms. Is there something going on that I don't know about?

Have you tried creating one, using your phone's net
no vpns, proxies, no extras nothing attached?

It looks like discord is limiting your access to their server due to making too many requests. You can try some troubleshooting like clearing all the cache and cookies of your browser, restart your pc/modem and disconnect the VPN if you are using it. This might solve your problem.
