Anyone else having monetag payment delay issue?

So the payout was supposed to be sent on 04 Dec but after 2+ days I still havent received any payout and it just shows “PENDING” in front of payout status.
Anyone else facing the same?
When do i expect the payout?
Email support is useless and gives no replyIMG_7527.png

Payouts usually take 3 5 business days. If still pending after a week, contact support with your transaction details.

I’d check if theres any pending action on your account, like verification or tax info—sometimes payouts stay pending for minor issues. Otherwise, keeping a detailed log of your attempts to contact support can help if you need to escalate.
