Anyone else having headaches with Google Keyword Research

Same things happens regardless of ip or browser. Login, type captcha, search keyword, sort by local searches, and then when I go to change to Exact results, i get forwarded to google adwords login. Then same IP, try again, forwarded to google adwords login. Is this just standard now?

I don't know if it's the standard now, but it's been happening to me on and off for the last few days, and it's pretty annoying.
