Anyone else having API issues

Hey is anyone else having API issues?
I'm using Mangageflitter and lately I've been bumping into API restrictions.

It seems like mike account is only able to follow like 200 or so depending how I space it out.
I use to be able to follow close to like 800 per day.

Has this every happened to you?

I'm finding that you have to take a few days off. It seems like it will reset after that.
Also I'm following in bursts of no more than 50 at a time in random intervals.

With this method I hadn't surpassed 396 in a day yet.
I may push it up today to see what happens.

This has been painful I had a good flow going
