Anyone else have difficulty with the facebook timeline photo?

Just trying to change the cover for it or actually making it fit. Facebook automatically re-sizes all my images to not fit the cover. If the image is small it makes it so big that it doesn't fit the screen anymore. And if its bigger then the screen then it makes it smaller while making the image look more blurry. Drag and drop? Yeah right in your dreams and yes the images were bigger then 850 by 315 or whatever. I have tried different browsers as well. What the hell? Am I destined to have a facebook account that looks like shit?

Anyone encounter this problem?

same here, my timeline photo looks too zoomed in because FB had to resize it. Pretty BS tbh.

If the image is smaller than the expected or may be the required width and height, it automatically resizes.

I have tried a variety of size. Smaller, bigger, a lot bigger, tiny. The result is the same! It makes it a size that does not fit. What size do you suggest srinu?

Alright. Kind of fixed the problem. You are pretty much not allowed to keep the right aspect ratio! You have to make it 850 by 315. I assumed only the horizontal size was important but going above and under 315 pixels is what caused the problem.
