Anyone else had this problem with Google Checkout

I have had money sat in my google checkout for like a month now.

I have confirmed my bank and its set to withdraw daily. But a month later and the money is still sat there doing jack shit.

Google's none existent support is not helping the situation.

Anyone else had this problem?
