Yeah, but think about how many people use YouTube, from the same IPs and so on. There is no way they can implement things as strict as craigslist. I don't understand how/why it's doing this. Hopefully they don't get too strict.

I agree with count here. YT cant be too strict without deterring regular users. It is an update im almost sure of it.

It has to just be an update. Think about a Universities Campus, like no one has ever spammed from there? Highly doubtful. So in that case, what would they do, ban the IP and then everyone using the campus internet couldn't access YouTube? Yeah right. Same applies for internet cafes, apartments and so on...
