Anyone else get hammered by a penalty today?

I can confirm that there was a refresh today. One of my sites dropped 30 positions in ranking.

Seems like big shopping sites such as nextag are all over the place. For a long tail keyword i counted around 30 results from the nextag site in the first 100 results.
 
Google seems to be doing some sort of refresh?? My site which use to rank #2 is now ranking #50, and the site that ranks #1 is now ranking in positions #1-49, so the results are screwed. This is not just happening on 1 keyword either. So I guess this is just some sort of refresh
 
i experience the same thing a few of my web sites dropped to 30-40 th positions from 1 st page.
 
I'm worried about these directory listings caused this...hmm, i submitted to around 100 2 weeks ago with about 3 variations of title, anchor text etc.
to be honest i thought only a handful would ever publish, i guess i was wrong.

I haven't got any other sh*t links pointing to the page apart from those...Pah! I don't love Google today!
 
No big movements here. Only a few up/down..
 
not really noticed much movement at all - for a few weeks actually.

You mean web directories? I think they do seem to destroy ranking after a certain time, in case not much other links are built. I usually submit to around 4k phpld directories.
 
Yes, now there is some changes in G. serp, some sites moved up and some down (and some get another stupid penalty)
 
one of my site got big slap (mostly on newer pages)
 
It's strange, actually, since none of my sites with a lot of activity in the last couple of weeks have shown considerable movements yet a couple of sites went down more than 100 spots a day ago and are back up now.
 
Couple of my sites dropped a few pages as well and I'm hardly building any links. The ones that I do are pretty clean. See a few spam sites in my niches rise. WTF?
 
I'm not seeing any changes on my main money site. Will report back if I see anything funny going on...

I am down to second page, first result from first page 3# place , for my main keyword..., but some articles suddenly ranked high for keywords that didn't even target..,

another new website, which is 1 month old came up to 12th with little SEO, in one of the most competitive keyword these days. Dang! I am pulling my hair now, BTW - it is not today, seeing from Tuesday.
 
I saw a few up my sites go up 10-25 spots. Nothing negative yet. Holding my breath.
 
It seems like my sites - even older ones - have been dancing a lot lately. I need motion sickness pills, mostly for the drops.
