Facebook ad manager is so delicate. One misclick and your campaign is not salvageable.
It's like this for most my accounts, ranging from $5/day in spend to $10,000/day in spend.
So frustrating. I spend almost every day in Ad manager and it just gets worse over time.
Today's error:
Something went wrong: An unexpected error occurred. You can try to duplicate the ad again or create a new ad. (#2490433)
I'll send it to support after an hour of clearing cache with some entry level support agent who doesnt know anything, they'll escalate through 5 engineers and get it fixed in 2 weeks.
