This is a fairly common situation: when a campaign or ad group is turned off and then back on, effectiveness can decrease and delivery speed is often slower. This situation happens quite often. When a campaign or ad set is turned off and then turned back on, it may no longer perform as effectively as before, or it may start delivering very slowly.
Man if you turn ads on and off they will not work properly. Wait for 2-3 days, check if they are spending and if nothing happens then contact facebook support. Oh a bonus is that newer ads need more time in order to work properly as facebook (even though with its trillion datapoints) decides on HOW and WHO to show them at.Is anyone else having problems with meta ads today?
I have some successful ads that I turn on and off every few months. Last night, I turned them back on. They're active, but almost nothing happens with most of them. It says they're active but they're not spending. It been almost 24 hours. The ads that do work have a CPM that is very high and don't really update much either.
I got very frustrated, so I duplicated one ad to see what happens, which then started running. It also had a high CPM, by the way.
Are other people experiencing issues with ads? If so, what are you experiencing? Any solutions to this?
Of course, FB support has been barely of any help per usual
