Anyone else does this?

    Hi

    Just curious to see if anyone has this habit (calling it a habit for now).

    I tend to make notes on my phone of everything I have to do or plan for. Like even if it's later on the day or next etc.

    I'm not sure if Its a serious issue or normal.

    Example :

    * write post
    *pay fees
    * workout (2pm)

    Something like that.

    Just checking, I know that some people suffer with OCD have that issue but with memories... For me, it's just every day things or stuff I have to get done.. Got a ton of notes on my phone :/

    I do it. But not on my phone. I write it in my diary!!!

    I tend to do same thing everydays for disciplines. Like even if it's later on the day or next etc.

    I'm not sure if Its a serious issue or normal.

    Example :

    * brush teef
    *eat breakfast
    * shits
    * masterbating (7pm)

    #joke

    but to answering you... i not doing that cos i keep it mentally... i gym and exercises every on weekdays and been doing its for YEARS... that discipline... continuing actions creating habits!!!

    on seriously note i use to masterbating everyday too but that long ago cos it eat chankras and draining energys... i join nofap community and stop masterbating for months now... now more energys and positiveness

    Does it affect your life? Like constantly have to think you'd forget or mess up.

    Thanks guys, it's weird. I do try and stop but then I literally like have no control. Maybe just like been on track with things

    brother it can be goods or bads... goods if you really have tasks and jobs that making you progress or better...

    bad if it same thing everydays but getting you no wheres... that living in autopilot moods and you need kicking the habit....

    I used to do that for everything, even the smallest details. My Google Keep app is full of stupid notes, even unreadable drunk notes I dont remember writing in the first place.
    I realized that 90% of the stuff I write I never actually read and reuse, so I try to write down only the necessary stuff now. But yeah, it is more like mental emergency that you put yourself into, constantly saying to yourself 'write it down now, or you will never think of it again!' :)

    Nah it actually helps me to organize my things in a better way. In this way, I don't have to worry about forgetting any important work.
