Anyone else can' login to bing ads

I'm not able to login inside my bing ads account. I have tried using chrome, firefox internet explorer(9.0).

2-3 times i have reset the password and tried again login inside using different browsers.

Did any of you got solution?

i just register for bing ads yesterday and deposit some money there,when i longin today it say 'your username is not recorded in our database.please ensure your information is true before you continue.'' man,what is this..there are money in there bro,
