Anyone else being charged $1/month for nothing?

Apparently without having sold anything since about August 2010 I noticed eBay is taking $1/month from my PayPal account for nothing. Anyone else notice this? Doesn't really matter just seems odd.

Better to Ask them on phone support.

I hate dealing with them, would rather pay $1/month NOT to talk to them

All it says is seller fees. Billing Description:
eBay Seller Fees
Total amount:
-$1.00 USD

I just found the spot in PayPal where I can unlink accounts, so now eBay can't take the money I guess. Just thought it was weird and wondering if anyone else ever had that happen before.
