Anyone else banned today?

is there a way to get your account reinstated after instagram bans it?
The long (and very helpful) says that this in an option, but what are the steps?

Do you have any suggestions as a means to make sure that the Instagram app does not bypass the proxy?
 
Also my Accounts banned yesterday, using it long time. what going on....
