I just wanted to know if anyone is earning from Tumblr?
If yes, could please share any tips?

I've been looking into tumblr monetization strategies too, from what I hear it's tough. Might have better luck with Twitter or Facebook, but if you come up with anything good I'd love to hear about it.

For me Tumblr works well for adult stuff.

Just make posts of xxx and have each image link out to an adult site.

Then use the tagging system to ensure your posts show up when people search for smut.

I've been thinking about trying out some affiliate stuff on tumblr. Seems like it should work as long as you pick the right niche, just like with other methods

Ive recently set up a profile on Tumblr, and have just posted a Worldwide Glamour Models Toplist Video Blog. Your help and advice in promoting it would be very helpful.

I've seen a few Tumblrs like this before. And with a bunch of followers and reblogs. I imagine the income isn't too shabby for an hour or less per day of work. Even better if you narrow down to a niche in porn, like amateurs, fetish, preg, etc.

Interesting concept this, will give it a go to see what happens. Like the idea of creating bots to scrape images from google and drip feed to tumblr. Would be good if someone could make one.
