Anyone eagerly awaiting Ashes of Creation?

I've been following the games development for several years now and I'm just now really digging into the wiki. I watch all the showcases every month, am active on the forums, check the reddit once and a while, am in the AoC discord, check and watch new Youtube videos about it constantly.

I knew it was going to change the MMORPG genre from the first bit of investigating years ago, everytime I heard Steven Sharif talk about the game I knew his mind was somewhere special, but now that I'm looking at fine details in the wiki... just wow.. this is definitely going to be one of the games ever made, period.

Haven't heard of it. Haven't followed gaming news for a while. I do enjoy a good MMPORG though. What subgenre?
