Anyone doing Traffic Arbitrage?

I do realize most people doing traffic arb are generally trying to get away from adsense, and ultimately I would like to as well... it's just hard finding a network that pays decent. This $0.12 CPM shit just don't cut it... which is why I only fuck with 4 networks now... but I also don't think I am breaking any TOS or rules. I'm pretty sure I am doing everything legit, and Google has recognized traffic arb as an actual "business model" and as far as I know, support its. It's not like I'm sending bot traffic. The FB traffic is targetted, from US and tier 1.. some people are even clicking on the ads, so I think I am safe.. at least for now.

actually there are a couple scenarios under which I recommend it, we can talk specifics in pm, but you'll find out soon enough that while testing traffic sources you can burn your whole account due to some fuckhead sending you bot traffic (even if they have an otherwise good track record, things change and their mix can become shit or they decide to move to bot traffic for whatever reason, and obviously you won't get a heads up)

Then a few k of legit income can go up in smoke, and it sucks.

When you are starting out, there are other things you need from adsense more than the money.

just saw a video course about adsense arbitrage, according to his video, he said he still have great sucess with that method,

as I know adsense traffic arbitrage, is old , but will dig and see what he did ...

On a side note, it's not really a "method" and calling it arbitrage is a bit of a misnomer too tbh, you're not piping one exchange into another in a strict sense. Almost every large whitehat site you can think of does this, just for them it makes sense to focus on organic traffic too.

Just a friendly heads up, using pop networks with Adsense is a dangerous game nowadays. All versions of my Adsense method centered around pop based traffic. A lot of sources are tainted now. Doing such low volume like you are might keep you under the radar though.

Thanks Elliot, I am using Pop Ads for monetization though, not driving traffic... are you saying popups in conjuction with adsense ads could be grounds for getting banned? I have no problem removing popads.. it's not even earning that much anyway, and I'm sure my visitors will be happy. Lol

Hard to say on the monetization side, but from the buyers side they're blacklisted for sure.

Be careful if you are promoting a page with pop up ads facebook can terminate your ads account

You can think you are within Adsense TOS and still get banned for invalid click activity. Relying on Adsense for monetezation of paid traffic is a mistake and not scalable.

Lol... y'all worried about Adsense, I'd say be worried about content.ad , they love to come up with reasons to deny your site after days of profit, i'd tried to get Taboola if I were you..

Hi,
I have been running few blogs with this method (AdSense arbitraging) and making a good profit. I mostly drive traffic through FB ads. Later I want to move to driving traffic through native ads.

Two things surprised me:

1. In my case most part of the revenue is Adsense and 2nd is Content.ad, but its opposite in your case.
may be you hit me up with a PM and can we can exchange ideas on how to make a proper placement of both the networks.

2. FB didn't block your ad account. I really want to warn you about it. FB don't like link ads landing on a page with pop up ads. Lead generation pop up or like box pop up are ok but pop ads are big no no.

But you can continue to do this may be your pop-up network is not blacklisted with FB. I used propeller ads.

Anyway good luck with your journey and keep updating the thread :)

Just add a traffic filter and you'll be fine using pops with Adsense. Pop traffic on a large scale with Adsense will lead to a ban. From my experience, it's after the $4,000 in accumulated revenue. Either an Advertiser complains or the actual activity of the traffic is below average.

Be careful with Content.ad, after $1000+ they review your account.

Cut Pop Ads, they're useless. Try Revenuehits if you absolutely must have pop-unders/tab-overs.

Focus on situating your widgets to get the most clicks. As you probably have deduced from your stats, native ads will make you the most money.
Increase your spend(traffic), once your site stats are good (50,000+ uv per month) apply to Mgid and Media.net. Cash out for a few months, then flip the site.

Repeat

I have actually removed the popads, they weren't earning that much anyway.. and an extra $5 here and there isn't worth getting the banhammer. Plus, I was able to remove them and still be roughly in the $3+ profit range.. yesterday was a good day, made back my FB spend and got $4.95 in profit.

@Sythix this guy has been doing what you're doing for two years: http://fatstacksblog.com (and no, this isn't my blog lol). He's making good money.

Set up url channels and promote each individual page on fb ads. In adsense, you will see your EPC for that page I think. So if your EPC is greater than your fb ads CPC, thats great you're making profit. If its less, then it would not make sense to promote that post.

Sythix, PM me your skype, I am on a similar journey but im driving traffic using paid traffic :) We could brainstorm some ideas

I've managed to create a site with viral content and I am boosting a post for about $5/day using FB PPE. I am currently using 2 CPM networks, 1 native ads network and 1 Pop Up network. I've been able to make back my FB spend and get into the $3+ profit range. I've done the math, for every $150 I spend boosting on FB, I should make $90 in profit. Just wondering if anyone else is doing this and maybe we can bounce some ideas off each other? I'm super interested in this business model, it seems very interesting and I love that once it's set up, it's pretty much autopilot.. I'm still doing a bunch of testing, but there does seem to be light at the end of the tunnel.
I have been doing traffic arbitrage for some time now and would be interested to work with you. I own several websites and I have ad accounts at big networks like Taboola, which pay very good CPM rates. Drop me a message with your skype id mate.

I think we should have a skype group related to traffic arbitraging. Let's create a group and start brainstorming ideas.

I am thinking of creating Fake news site, I dont give a f**k about Google and facebook.

Hi, I'm doing the same thing with multiple traffic sources. It's really an awesome business model with totally White Hat Strategies. Would you mind sharing your Skype with me so that we could bounce and share some ideas with each other?

Let's mastermind about it.
