I never worked with Escalated, but personally I would either go with something more sophisticated (IAS) or I would work with someone/tech who's work would be solely bot & risk prevention.



Multiple networks better for monetization, but all networks have their own requirements. If you can get accepted - I would do that.



Both. You can meet the criteria and still be rejected. The better-looking product your site is, the better chances to get approved.

Solution: Aim for longtail kws and pillar contents, then focus on seo skills.

Oh yes, media buys worked well for big wallets and A/B testings.
