Anyone created their own meme coin?

If you don't have money, you can have the best idea ever, it won't give you anything
If the idea is really good, someone with money will steal your idea and earn millions of dollars while your original coin rots with $15k marketcap

if you have the programming / technical knowledge it does not seem that hard to setup, but there is probably a massive hurdle that I have not seen as I would imagine more folks would be doing it.

The biggest hurdle is getting thousands or millions of users for the coin. It is impossible without having millions in pocket.
 
Something some people want, say they are planning their own coin issues, others say it's not worth pursuing. So where is the truth? I've read and seen that with the creation of liquidity, the cost of seisosostavlyaetsya up to 50 dollars.
