Thanks for @Cryogenesis provide this great method to creat ig accounts for free.But i get no luck. I have an static ip, so i want to change my ip with http proxy from buyproxies.org. It seems bluestacks+http proxy does not work? In theory,with http proxy you just can creat accounts using browser, can not register from instagram app. Am i right? Anyone creat ig accounts with http proxy+bluestacks. Can you show me how to? Thanks.

Ill try to explain why are you experiencing problems . Every IP address has hard cap on account creation . I think its between 3 and 5 accounts lifetime limit per IP. Every account after that will get autobanned after first account action or stuck on register screen. Hard cap is permanent. Soft cap is i think 1 acc per IP per 24 hour, but i am not making accounts for some time, im not sure. So when you buy proxy from provider, those are already "used up" , and you will get either message "sorry something is wrong, try again later or similar" , or you'll get ban after 1st action. Cleaning other traces won't help (those include screen resolution, cookies, hardware ID, webrtc leak and who knows what , its big black box)

Noobs don't distinct creation IP and botting IP . When provider says these proxies are good for IG , he implies botting IP , he doesn't promise you'll be able to create new accounts from said proxy. You might be lucky, but usually no. Chance of having IP that is not "used up" is higher with dedicated proxy, but no guarantees. From that perspective , its better to buy 1 dedicated proxy to run 3 accounts, compared to buy 3 shared proxies for 3 accounts.
