you can crack as much as you wan but 301+ recently been removed permanently from youtube http://mashable.com/2015/08/05/youtube-301-counter/

I like ur positivity.
Some ppl just dont have that skill.
There's always a way around to crack things up.
You just gotta believe and not wait for other to find that way before u.
Lately, the ranking algorithm of YT has changed somewhat, so for ranking your vids in YT one should not only take into account nr of views but also the "bounce rate". Concentrate on shorter rather than longer videos. eg if you view 10 sec out of 60 sec video will count more to ranking than 20sec out of 10 min video. The old refreshing method with different proxies will only work if you take this into account.

You need a private method, think making your own system and getting "real" traffic to your videos. Antyhing else will fail.
