Anyone could make the custom size come true for me?

I have got somebody help me to design the shop like this one for me . Now I got a problem, some products need the custom size, while the other products like the cosplay boots need another kind of custom size, could somebody make this come true. You could see this one product http://www.animecosplays.com/p-2015-disney-cinderella-princess-ella-dress-cosplay-costume-2512, they got the custom size part.
