anyone can provide votes with pre registration?

ok, so i have a band profile on contest site http://anonym.to/?http://special.soliver.com/en_int/bandcontest

what i need are votes,
the voting system works like this,
you need to register with full data (name, address, state, tec) and then you can submit one vote per day (not "like" button)

for registration you can usee google or facebook connect

i would need some 50 votes daily for the start,

i cant believe here is no providers for online contest votes,

i googled it and also not many avaliable, best what i found is microworker, but i need more votes,
