Yes it does..but you need to be careful with your link footprint...100% do follow links is unnatural...typically I try to get at least 10% no follow links to make it look normal. Theres nothing wrong with no-follow by the way, people have ranked sites just with no-follow links the only thing strongly affected is page rank and thats a bit of a dead number these days
