Come on... Use google and search that yourself you would have gotten all the answers and what you needed.
It's just like Oberlo for Aliexpress, Except for chinese markets like Taobao, 1688 etc.

You can equally go to alibaba which is the English version of 1688, search for forwarders and filter down to Gold suppliers with Trade Assurance certified, most of the forwarders/agents also offer the service of helping their clients get their goods from sites like 1688 and taobao. If you need detailed guide or want me to spoon feed you, you can PM me. But with the above guide you are 100% ready to get your products from taobao.
